Syncope in Dentistry

Patient attends his dentist for scheduled surgical procedure under local anaesthesia - extraction of lower impacted wisdom teeth. As a part of the preoperative management we take patient´s history.
Ask for allergies, disorders of blood coagulation, circulatory and chronic diseases. Make sure that the patient is starved.

Ask the patient, when was his last meal and drink.
Perform an X-ray.
