Visiting a grandmother

Together with your family, you are visiting your grandmother as you do every week. When you arrive, you find her confused and with a flushed face. She is experiencing impaired breathing, a rapid heartbeat, and an elevated temperature. Her vision is blurry. Her face is dry and she feels dehydrated, and she also has a headache. You ask your grandmother if she took her medication as usual, if she didn't take other medications or ate something unusual. Grandma doesn't know. When you ask her when the problems started, she tells you that it all began suddenly about an hour ago when she was baking a blueberry cake.
