TURP syndrome

Family diseases: father - hypertension, renal cell carcinoma, mother - rheumatoid arthritis, 2 children - healthy
Medication: alfuzosin 10mg PO once a day
Abuse: alcohol occasionally, coffee once a day, non-smoker
Allergies: None
Social history: lawyer, sedentary work, lives in a house with his wife
Urination - polakisuria, incontinence, nocturia, residual urine in the bladder
Other: normal, regular stools
