You work as a GP. Your first patient today is Mrs. Doležalová (30 years old), who recently returned from the USA. She is describing pain in the right leg and worsening shortness of breath.
She admits a fall with an ankle sprain during her walk in Yellowstone National Park. During your questioning you see that she cannot catch her breath, but she denies chest pain, she does not have fever, lung sound is normal. Positive Homans and plantar sign. Which illness do you consider?
