Embolism in surgery

You are an anaesthesiologist in the neurosurgical operating theatre preparing for the evacuation of acute cerebellar haemorrhage in the posterior cranial fossa. Patient is 64-year-old male with hypertension. He has been anaesthetized in the past (without complications). He had his last meal 5 hours ago. Following securing peripheral vein access we perform rapid sequence induction. How will we proceed?

Propofol 1.5 mg/kg IV, rocuronium 1 mg/kg IV with laryngeal mask. Furthermore we insert central venous catheter, arterial cannula and urinary catheter.
Propofol, about 1.5 mg/kg IV, rocuronium 1 mg/kg IV with orotracheal intubation. Furthermore we insert arterial cannula and urinary catheter.
