70-years-old female with intermittent pain in the left calf, that gets stronger during physical activities throughout the day. At night she is awakened by a strong pain reacting to analgesics. Four hours later she is awakened again, the pain is stronger than before and the position that used to releive the pain does not bring any comfort.
