Preoperative assessment: ASA II., Mallampati II., general anaesthesia without complications. Premedication: Dormicum 7,5 mg po given 30 min. prior surgery.
Current diseases: The patient comes for elective herniorraphy. Personal history: Appendectomy at the age of 5, bronchial asthma since 8 years old - moderate persistent asthma. Drugs: Berodual as required, Aerius 2 puffs in the morning, Symbicort turbuhaler one puff BD, Cromobene OD, Afonilum SR OD Family history: insignificant. Alergic history: penicillin (rash in childhood), pollen, grass, cats.
